Simply chat via website or call us (alternatively email us )during working hours to request an order cancellation. There will be an email or chat message to confirm the cancellation is successful. If you don’t see that email or message , please contact us again.
So we strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because very possibly we will not receive the cancellation email in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive every day and due to some network technique delay.
You might notice the checkout price currency is always in US Dollar regardless the product price currency selected in the website. This is very normal for international orders checkout process. Currently we can only allow checkout currency in US dollar but rest for sure your payment amount will be based on real time exchange rate or you can directly see the amount in your local currency after the conversion.

Normally if your order is cancelled before it is dispatched by courier (still in our warehouse ), we will refund 100% of your payment including the shipping charges.If your order is cancelled after it is dispatched (which means it is already in courier’s truck or plane), then only order value amount will be refunded but all the shipping fees will be deducted from payment. Bear in mind the shipping fees for international order will include the cost from us to your country and cost from your country returned to us, plus all customs duty and handling fees.
Due to bank process, the funds may take time to reach your bank account due to different bank policy. (from 5 minutes to several days depends on your bank, normally international refund will take longer but surely it will be refunded properly) .
