If you wish to return an order that you have bought from Perfii.com, we'll be happy to refund or exchange provided that the ordered item is in fully re-saleable condition and the original packaging is not opened nor damaged.Once we inspect and verify the returned items are qualified , we will initiate refund to your bank account which was used to place order in our website. The funds may take time to reach your bank account due to different bank processing policy. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.Kindly be reminded such refund might be done by your bank quietly without sending you email or SMS notice , surely you can always call your bank to check or find it in the new statement details .
Perfii.com has a 14 days return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item categories:

Returns should be made within 14 calendar days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer's packaging that the product was delivered to you in. If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, Perfii.com reserves the right to refuse a refund, or deduct up to 70% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
